About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized Administration Specialist to provide essential support across teams and departments. In this role, you'll manage a wide range of administrative tasks, helping to streamline office operations and ensure day-to-day business functions run smoothly. This is a key support position that requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate and manage office operations, including scheduling, filing, and correspondence
  • Support teams with administrative tasks such as preparing reports, documents, and presentations
  • Assist in organizing meetings, taking minutes, and maintaining accurate records
  • Maintain office supplies and liaise with vendors or service providers
  • Help implement and improve administrative systems and procedures
  • Act as a central point of contact for internal and external communications

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative or business support role
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A team-oriented mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude
