About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven IT Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technology initiatives across our organization. You will oversee projects ranging from software implementation to infrastructure upgrades, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely delivery. This role requires strong technical understanding, excellent stakeholder communication, and a strategic mindset to navigate complex, cross-functional environments.
What You'll Do
Plan, manage, and execute IT projects from initiation through completion
Collaborate with developers, engineers, and business stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies
Provide regular updates to leadership and facilitate stakeholder alignment
Ensure project documentation, compliance, and quality standards are maintained
What You Bring
3+ years of experience managing IT or technical projects
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
Solid understanding of IT systems, software development lifecycle, or infrastructure components
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage technical and non-technical stakeholders
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project)
PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certifications are a plus
